Most shoots take about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the size and layout of the property. Larger homes may take a bit longer, especially if there are multiple floors or unique features to capture.

To keep things running smoothly, it’s important that the home is fully ready to be photographed when we arrive - clean, decluttered, and staged if needed. That way, we can focus on capturing it at its absolute best.

Most shoots are delivered within 24 hours — fast, clean, and ready to post.

We know timing matters, especially when listings are going live, so we keep turnaround quick without cutting corners.

Once your shoot is complete, you’ll get an email notification with direct links to everything you ordered - including photos, floor plans, marketing kit, and more.

You’ll be able to download your photos in two formats:

High-resolution (perfect for print or custom marketing)
MLS-ready (already resized and optimized for fast, hassle-free uploading)
No guessing, no resizing - just click, download, and post.

Your floor plan will be delivered in both .JPG and .PDF formats:

The .JPG version is included in your photo set, so you can easily upload it alongside your listing photos - making it visible to the public on platforms like the MLS or Zillow.
The .PDF version comes as a separate downloadable file, perfect for attaching to your listing documents or sharing directly with buyers and agents.
